Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management and enterprise platforms, with 3+ years leading cross-functional technology or product teams.
• Strong background in financial services with knowledge of lending, core systems, and regulatory environments.
• Experience with core banking platforms and integrated lending systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology strategies and solutions.
• Proven experience in enterprise change management, system optimization, platform integration, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise systems including core platforms, lending, and digital solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology strategies and actionable system solutions.
• Lead enterprise-wide system optimization and platform integration initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.

• Assess existing systems, workflows, and team capabilities to identify gaps and implement improvements.
