Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and adopt new methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams to embed quality planning.
• Develop estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation and conduct performance appraisals to enhance team effectiveness.
