Job summary

Infosys in Richardson, TX is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive ERP-focused projects, align objectives with client goals, and lead cross-functional teams across finance domains.

You will define scope, coordinate sprint planning with technical teams and client stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and push continuous improvement through innovative delivery methods within a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adaptive Insights and Workday in finance domains.
• Experience delivering ERP/finance projects.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning with technical teams and client reps.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies/tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks while embedding quality planning.
• Develop and monitor estimates, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation and conduct performance appraisals to grow the team.
