Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive large-scale ERP and PLM programs from initiation through deployment. You will manage governance, budgets, and cross-functional teams while aligning IT strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning across stakeholders, guiding program execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes with a focus on client satisfaction and rapid value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP and PLM programs from initiation to deployment and stabilization.
• Ability to manage governance, budgets, roadmaps, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and ensure efficient delivery with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools for better outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, embedding quality planning into workflows.
