Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 in the U.S. for multi-disciplinary ERP projects. You will define objectives, coordinate sprint planning, and manage relationships with client stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.

You will oversee risk, RAID governance, budgets, and resource allocation, while guiding team performance and professional growth in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation/travel to work/project location may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies/tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA to embed quality into processes.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget, optimize resources.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, foster team development.
