Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and SAP upgrades across client projects. You will coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM, Basis, Security) and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and experience with ERP project management in complex environments. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience leading SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts and enhancements.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM).
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Relocation/travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Establish governance, steering committee structure, and reporting cadence.
• Ensure adherence to Waterfall, Agile, and SAP Activate methodologies.
• Lead SAP implementations and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare status reports and KPI summaries for senior leadership.
