Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or equivalent) in IT or related field with 1 year of relevant experience; or an Associate with 3 years; or HS diploma with 5 years experience.
• Experience in enterprise application support, ERP support, or systems testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with higher education or public-sector environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with application administration, configuration, and user setup.
• Document business requirements and translate user needs into technical tasks.
• Support data validation, reporting, and scheduled job monitoring.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Support security, access provisioning, and compliance practices.
• Maintain user guides and knowledge base articles; train users as needed.
• Perform other duties to support IT services and operations.
