The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency with enterprise systems; ITIL-aligned processes and collaboration with IT teams are emphasized. This is a full-time on-site role at MGA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related fields required.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Banner or Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 practices and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain programs, scripts, and reports for Banner and related institutional applications.
• Gather requirements from users and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Modify and maintain existing applications to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Banner and third-party systems.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of application enhancements and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for developed programs, interfaces, and processes.
