Job summary

City of Renton is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Enterprise Business Applications team. You will support large-scale applications such as ERP, HRIS, and Laserfiche and participate directly in the ERP replacement project, gathering requirements and leading cross‑departmental initiatives.

Responsibilities include system maintenance, incident resolution, vendor management, training, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, systems administration, analysis, or implementation.
• Or 9 years of relevant education and experience.
• Successful passing of a required background check and national fingerprint-based records check.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for business units and vendors with strong customer service focus.
• Lead project teams to conduct needs analysis and gather requirements for solutions.
• Plan, implement and upgrade technologies through all phases of software life cycle.
• Respond to client requests and troubleshoot problems; maintain and support applications.
