You will support users, document changes, and coordinate testing with cross-functional teams across the organization. The role requires 3+ years with ERP systems, strong problem-solving and communication, and experience in administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting integrated ERP systems (e.g., Agility, Epicor, Infor, P21, BisTrack)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills across diverse teams
• Experience in an Applications Administrator role or similar
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level applications and their functionalities
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving within application environments
• Superior documentation skills for guides and procedures

Responsibilities

• Configure, update, and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP (Agility)
• Administer, secure, and optimize ERP and enterprise application environments for reliability
• Provide user support, issue troubleshooting, and resolution
• Document configurations, changes, and user access for audit readiness
• Partner with acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure timely ERP setup
• Review ERP release notes, assess impacts, coordinate testing
• Manage ERP security groups and access change implications
• Generate reports and analytics to aid operational decisions
