Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking an orders and logistics specialist to enter and manage all showroom orders in ERP systems, consolidating brand orders for efficient fulfillment.

You will maintain timelines, track shipments, and coordinate with distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery for resets and openings. The role requires 1–3 years in retail operations or related fields, experience with JDE or MS D365, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, logistics, or order management.
• Experience in ERP systems required, JDE and MS D365 preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage all VM orders in ERP systems (JDE/D365), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review and consolidate orders across brands into single showroom orders to optimize fulfillment.
• Maintain project timelines and order schedules to ensure on-time placement and delivery for resets and openings.
• Track shipments end-to-end, securing and distributing BOLs and packing lists to operations teams and 3PL partners.
• Coordinate with distribution centers to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipment departures.
• Reconcile packing lists, update inventory records, and communicate availability to support planogram execution.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of VM materials to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with 3PL and internal operations to align on delivery schedules and execution readiness.
• Support cross-functional coordination including returns, special projects, and ad hoc requests.
