Job summary

You will mentor associates on distribution tasks, handle shipment papers, and support forklift operations as needed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer service.
• Intermediate computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of WMS functions.
• English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• Ability to lift 21–50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Process customer orders and manage order flow to fulfill daily requirements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts.
• Run and print shipments from the WMS.
• Lead and train associates on distribution activities.
• Assist with forklift operation and certification for associates.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activity for the Customer Service Department.
• Act as liaison between warehouse, office, and customers regarding accounts and invoicing.
