Job summary

Kelco Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers and to support accurate order processing and fulfillment. You will work with customers and internal teams to confirm order requirements, provide timely information, resolve issues, and ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or order management.
• Experience with ERP systems and NetSuite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for orders, product availability, delivery status, and inquiries.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders in the ERP/NetSuite system.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy including part numbers, quantities, pricing, and dates.
• Monitor open orders and communicate potential delays or changes to customers.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Shipping, Sales, and other departments for status updates.
• Provide order acknowledgments and communicate pricing, lead times, or delivery changes.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional, timely manner.
• Resolve discrepancies, shipping issues, returns, and credits with internal teams.
• Communicate customer-specific requirements to internal personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
• Develop working relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
