Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks a Director of IT ERP in Lake Mary, FL to own the S/4HANA platform and its ecosystem. You will lead a 12‑person team, drive a clean-core strategy, and govern the AMS partnership while advancing AI-driven capabilities across ERP domains including supply chain and finance.

You will partner with executives to translate manufacturing, project, and service priorities into a strategic ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and future platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT with 5+ years in senior SAP leadership roles.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA post-ECC migration deployments.
• Proven ability to reduce customization and modernize S/4HANA post brownfield migration.

Responsibilities

• Own measurable business outcomes across core ERP value streams (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
• Act as Product Owner for the S/4HANA platform including vision, backlog and roadmap.
• Lead architecture decisions across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Ariba, and data layers.
• Manage AMS partner performance and day-to-day support operations.
• Oversight of AI-driven capabilities and policy-driven execution in the ERP landscape.
