The candidate will oversee a 12-person team, manage an AMS partner, and shape the enterprise roadmap with AI-enabled capabilities, governance, and executive alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in enterprise IT with 5+ years in senior SAP leadership roles.
• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and clean-core strategies.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to translate business needs into ERP roadmaps.
• Experience managing internal teams of 10+ and AMS partners.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Own business outcomes across core ERP value streams and act as Product Owner for the S/4HANA platform.
• Lead architecture decisions across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Ariba, and data layers.
• Drive clean-core strategy with reduced custom code and side-by-side extensions.
• Oversee deployment of new S/4HANA modules for manufacturing, project/installation, field service, supply chain, and finance.
• Manage AMS provider performance, SLAs, costs, and integration with internal delivery.
• Champion AI and agentic capabilities to accelerate development and governance.
