Job summary

Worldwide Power Products in Houston seeks a Director of Business Transformation to drive enterprise-wide ERP migration, process design, data governance, and AI initiatives that align with our growth strategy. This role leads a complex, cross-functional program and partners with external vendors to deliver measurable impact.

You will own the ERP implementation, manage change across Marketing, Service, Distribution, Rental, Accounting, and Shared Services, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading or co-leading an ERP migration or equivalent transformation.
• Understanding of service/rental operations and quote-to-invoice flows.
• Strong accounting knowledge and link between operational data and performance.
• Ability to build trust and lead organizational change across levels.
• Experience managing external vendors and consultants with accountability.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and identifying business applications.
• Builder mindset with documentation and repeatable systems.
• Comfort working with executives and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP migration leadership and manage scope, timeline, and accountability.
• Coordinate with external consultants and software vendors to deliver commitments.
• Own change management: data cleanup, process docs, training, and adoption.
• Review and rationalize technology stack; drive end-to-end integrations.
• Establish software governance for disciplined tool adoption.
• Collaborate with PDC for targeted upskilling and leadership development.
• Own enterprise transformation roadmap across departments and KPI tracking.
