Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Director, ERP Programs to lead a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation within a large manufacturing environment. This executive role partners with IT and business leaders to drive strategy, delivery, and organizational adoption across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering ERP modernization programs, strong change management and stakeholder skills, and a willingness to work on-site multiple days per week with relocation support

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SAP ERP transformation programs.
• Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation or modernization initiatives.
• Strong governance, execution and organizational adoption of ERP programs.
• Ability to own a complex enterprise program with minimal onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program from planning through execution and adoption.
• Drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives for business readiness and user adoption.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to define priorities, align objectives, and remove obstacles.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders on progress, challenges, and decisions.
• Coordinate external SAP implementation partners, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure integration across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and core functions.
• Lead issue escalation and resolution to maintain momentum and delivery.
