Daikin Applied Americas Inc. in Faribault, MN seeks a Director, Digital Manufacturing ERP to lead the digital manufacturing ERP transformation, partnering with IT and business teams to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

You will guide a team of business analysts, define roadmaps, and oversee ERP deployments across Oracle and SAP ecosystems, including a transition from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA, while ensuring measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years in a Digital leadership role, with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Proven experience managing business analysts and delivering digital solutions in global manufacturing with Oracle and/or SAP.
• Extensive functional supply chain or manufacturing knowledge, ERP systems and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within a Digital (IT) organization and driving cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Champion innovation and change management for digital adoption.
• Be a key leader to support the transition from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA.
