Mars Incorporated is seeking an experienced ERP leader to define and execute a multi-brand SAP S/4HANA strategy. You will lead functional stream leads across OTC, R2R, SCP, and MFG, and institutionalize a standardized delivery engine with CALM, Jira, and Smartsheet for complex, multi-year ERP rollouts.

You will govern AMS vendors via KPI frameworks, partner with Mars Global IT and SAP leadership, and push cloud/AI initiatives while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of enterprise ERP leadership across large-scale transformations.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership with hiring and resource matching.
• 7+ years in CPG or Food & Beverage domains.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA architecture, delivery, and leadership.
• Hands-on with CALM, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet for agile delivery.
• Governance with KPI frameworks and vendor management.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the SAP S/4HANA strategy across OTC, R2R, SCP, and MFG.
• Lead functional stream leads and align teams to delivery milestones.
• Institute a standardized delivery engine using SAP Activate.
• Govern AMS partners with KPI and SLA frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Mars Global IT, SAP leadership, and SI partners for alignment.
• Drive cloud releases and AI adoption using CALM and SAP Joule initiatives.
