Job summary

DSM-H Consulting is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Scrum Master to support ERP transformation delivery across multiple teams in Peoria, IL, and Dallas, TX. The role blends PM leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure on-time, within-scope ERP capabilities.

Local presence is preferred with eventual full-time in-office work. You will drive agile ceremonies, maintain a healthy backlog in Azure DevOps, and coordinate dependencies and milestones while communicating progress to

Qualifications

8+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience required.
Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge; SAFe a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps backlog management, dependency tracking, dashboards.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices; drive continuous improvement.
Prioritize work with Product Managers/Owners and technical teams in Azure DevOps.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies.
Remove impediments and manage risks, issues, and blockers.
Coordinate cross-team delivery and PI/Release planning activities.
Develop Azure DevOps dashboards and provide progress visibility.
Communicate delivery status and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Foster collaboration across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams.
