Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team in Dallas, TX, with hybrid work and on-site as needed.

You will support an enterprise ERP transformation, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to maintain a healthy backlog in Azure DevOps. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-team delivery, managing milestones and RAID, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience
• 5+ years in Agile PM/Scrum Master capacity
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
• Azure DevOps expertise with backlog management and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Decompose and prioritize work in Azure DevOps to align with delivery commitments
• Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are well-defined
• Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and escalate risks as needed
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams to drive alignment and predictability
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, and release planning
• Manage milestones, RAID, and stakeholder communications
• Create Azure DevOps dashboards and provide progress visibility
