Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Dallasmanages a hybrid Senior Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master role for an enterprise-scale eCommerce ERP transformation.

The position coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates ceremonies, and drives backlog prioritization and delivery readiness. The candidate brings 5+ years PM/SM experience (3+ as Scrum Master) and strong Azure DevOps expertise, with SAFe exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years PM/SM experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master.
• 8+ years combined PM/SM experience with 5+ years as Scrum Master in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in enterprise-scale eCommerce or ERP programs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge; SAFe experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum practices.
• Decompose, refine, and prioritize backlog items in Azure DevOps.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies.
• Remove impediments, escalate risks, and coordinate multi-team delivery.
• Support PI, sprint, and release planning, including readiness and deployment.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to communicate progress and risks.
