Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team with a hybrid work model in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Dallas, TX. Onsite work is required when needed.

This role supports an enterprise ERP transformation, facilitating Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependencies management, and delivery tracking in Azure DevOps. You will coach teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure milestones and commitments are met.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a PM/SM with 5+ years in Agile PM/SM.
Degree preferred with 5+ years as PM/SM and 3+ years in Agile.
Azure DevOps expertise and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum, drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery readiness.
Decompose and prioritize work in Azure DevOps, align backlog to commitments.
Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are clear.
Remove impediments and escalate risks to protect delivery progress.
Coordinate across multiple teams to drive alignment and predictability.
Support PI planning, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
Develop Azure DevOps dashboards and reports to track progress and risks.
