Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead SAP and ERP initiatives, drive end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with business and IT teams across manufacturing sites. The role focuses on delivery, execution, and leadership rather than mere configuration.

Ideal candidates will have a solid SAP foundation, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex ERP projects in a manufacturing context with travel 20–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years leading SAP and ERP projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
• Proven ability to own delivery and drive initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Review and analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for delivery.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT development/support teams.
• Drive integration across SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements, coordinate user testing and training, and provide end user support.
• Work with technical teams to deliver Enterprise Application Projects to Flowserve sites.
• Actively manage risks, issues, opportunities and changes and escalate when needed.
• Evaluate ERP and business processes and drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Enable scalable, integrated solutions across systems and ensure business value realization.
