Job summary

Devfi, Inc. is hiring a SAP Delivery Manager (ERP) for life sciences. This 100% remote role requires deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, PLM delivery experience, and a strong grasp of GxP validation across CSV and compliant processes.

You will lead end-to-end SAP implementations for pharma/biotech clients, coordinating across global teams and ensuring quality from design through go-live. You will drive architecture decisions, manage data migration, and govern complex integrations across PLM, ERP, MES,

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering SAP solutions with 3+ years leading end-to-end delivery as a manager.
• Deep functional grounding in S/4HANA across life sciences modules PP/PI, QM, MM, EWM, SD, PLM.
• Delivery experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or other GxP-regulated industries with a practical grasp of CSV and GAMP 5.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP solution design across engagement requirements, fit-gap, design, configuration, RICEFW build, integration and cutover.
• Chair design authority: enforce standard-first approach and maintain coherence across workstreams.
• Lead PLM-ERP-MES integration, data migration and lifecycle management from R&D to manufacturing and submission.
• Oversee validation and release: CSV, GxP, EU Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11 with a client-approved validation strategy.
• Lead blended teams of consultants and client staff; manage plan, risk, dependencies and reporting to sponsors.
