Qualifications

• Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment and expansion.
• Embed with customer finance, operations, and technology teams to map workflows.
• Define measurable outcomes like cycle-time reduction and SLA attainment.
• Lead executive and IT sessions with stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities for adjacent workflows.
