Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Applications team, driving digital transformation across the business. You will own and support Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core applications while delivering upgrades, migrations, and robust reporting.

In this role, you will analyze data, build Power BI reports, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experience.
• Strong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements gathering.
• Comfortable managing vendors and working with business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering application implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Acumatica experience is a plus.
• Snowflake experience is desirable.
• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applications.
• Play a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout and future system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, performing root cause analysis using SQL.
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI while supporting ad hoc business reporting requests.
• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation.
• Partner with external vendors on integrations, upgrades, and application support.
• Deliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
