Job summary

Polygon US is seeking a Systems & Data Manager to orchestrate ERP systems, BI, data integration, and AI-enabled technologies across the organization. You will optimize NetSuite, Power BI, and related applications to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and customer outcomes, working under the Country Controller with IT input.

You will partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR, and IT to build KPI dashboards, governance standards, and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3-5 years in finance, BI, or analytics roles.
• Experience with ERP, data integration, and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite ERP reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
• Develop enterprise reporting, KPI scorecards, and BI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and data integration initiatives.
• Coordinate systems and data workflows across ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Drive AI adoption and automation to improve productivity.
