Job summary

Recor Medical in the United States is seeking a Business Systems Solutions Architect to configure, implement, maintain, and customize our enterprise systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Planful. You will partner with finance, operations, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and design scalable solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

The role focuses on data governance, reporting, automation, data migration, and system upgrades, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a subject matter expert with business applications such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Coupa.
Experience with a multinational manufacturing company.
Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Planful a plus.
Experience in biotech industry a plus.
Demonstrated experience transforming businesses through enterprise-wide large-scale initiatives like financial modeling and ERP implementations.
Strong project management, change management, analytical skills, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of data architecture, systems setup, and management reporting.
Proficient in data analysis and automation tools, as well as common office platforms (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, Power BI).
Excellent interpersonal communications skills; able to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, process teams, leadership, and third parties.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Recor systems to align with business requirements.
Oversee data migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
Assist in implementing workflow processes within NetSuite and Coupa.
Address system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Manage transaction forms and PDF output such as customer invoices.
Develop management reports and dashboards.
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
Ensure proper governance and controls in managing master data.
Review release notes and test relevant changes.
Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
Provide training and support to business teams and end-users on the use of systems and new features.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
