Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business, IT, and vendors for ERP and supply chain platforms. You will own NetSuite and WMS administration, gather requirements, and drive system enhancements aligned with business objectives.

You will coordinate projects across order management, inventory, warehousing, and purchasing, ensuring testing and releases meet quality standards. Hybrid work in Idaho is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• At least 1 year of NetSuite ERP experience.
• Experience translating business needs into system solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business, IT, and vendors for ERP/supply chain.
• Own admin and improvements of NetSuite and WMS platforms.
• Gather requirements, coordinate projects, manage enhancements.
• Prepare for ERP transformations, including SAP adoption.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and change activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and user stories across processes.
