Job summary

McCoy Global USA INC in Broussard, LA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize business processes through ERP and analytics. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to map requirements, improve ERP configurations, and deliver automation using Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.

The role requires 3+ years in business systems analysis, strong SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP, data analytics, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Advanced Excel skills, Power Query, and Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the organization to understand processes and improvement opportunities.
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, translate needs into system requirements.
• Evaluate solutions using ERP functionality, Microsoft tools, automation, or custom development.
• Evaluate options considering ROI, cost, risk and business value; support ERP improvements.
• Develop understanding of ERP environment, data structures, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP configuration, workflows, reporting, and utilization.
• Support ERP integrations, data governance, testing, and user adoption.
• Develop and maintain reporting using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
