Job summary

McCoy Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Broussard, LA to partner with teams across the organization to improve processes through technology. This role combines business analysis with hands-on ERP, data, reporting, and automation expertise to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.

You will map processes, gather requirements, analyze problems, and translate needs into system requirements while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in business systems analysis and ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong SQL skills and relational databases.
• Advanced Excel with Power Query; Power BI experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and integrated processes.
• Experience mapping requirements and translating needs into solutions.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Epicor Kinetic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes and improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies, translate needs into system requirements.
• Evaluate ERP functionality and automation options.
• Assess options based on fit, effort, cost, risk, and value.
• Develop understanding of ERP environment, data structures, and integrations.
• Improve ERP configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Investigate native ERP features and partner solutions.
• Support ERP integrations, data integrity, governance, testing, and adoption.
