Job summary

You will partner with Accounting, Operations, Payroll, HR, and other teams to understand needs and deliver technology solutions that boost efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/Business/Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years supporting ERP systems, business applications, or process improvement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP modules and business systems functionality; oversee configuration, testing, and upgrades.
• Document configurations, standards, and processes; coordinate vendor and IT engagements.
• Analyze business processes, capture requirements, and propose tech-based improvements.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and data quality across systems; assist with integrations.
• Lead user training, project involvement, and post-implementation support.
