The role focuses on implementing practical solutions using ERP functionality, Power BI, SQL, and low-code tools. Travel is minimal, and a strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP/business applications, data analytics, process improvement, or a related role.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data structures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, and experience with Power BI or a comparable BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the organization to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Map processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and translate business needs into clear system requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend practical solutions using ERP functionality, Microsoft tools, third-party applications, automation, or custom development where appropriate.
• Evaluate solution options based on functional fit, implementation effort, total cost of ownership, risk, and expected business value, including ROI analysis for larger investments.
• Develop a solid understanding of the ERP environment, data structures, and integrations; support ERP integrations and data integrity.
