Felix Construction is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide advanced operations support across multiple business units, including ERP data entry, project records and data governance. Working under limited supervision, this role functions as a senior technical specialist, independently handling highly complex transactions and supporting data accuracy.

You will mentor OSS I and II, review contracts, and contribute to SOP development while helping resolve document control and closeout

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP data entry for complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and ERP instructions.
• Strong communication and ownership of tasks.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced ERP data entry for complex projects.
• Resolves non-routine discrepancies.
• Reviews OSS I and II work for accuracy.
• Maintains records and documentation.
• Manages contract review and stewardship.
• Resolution of complex document control and closeout issues.
• Mentors OSS I and II.
• Supports SOP development.
• Serves as SME, troubleshooting issues and recommending process improvements.
