Job summary

Felix Construction Company is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide advanced operations support across ERP, project records, and data governance. Working under limited supervision, this role handles highly complex transactions and supports data accuracy.

You will mentor OSS I/II, assist with SOP development, and serve as the primary subject matter expert within your specialty area, driving process improvements and ensuring consistency across business units.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform advanced ERP data entry for complex projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records and data governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and own tasks.
• Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.
• Mentor junior staff and support SOP development.

Working under limited supervision, this role functions as a senior technical specialist, independently handling highly complex transactions, resolving escalated issues, and supporting consistency in processes and data accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Performs advanced ERP data entry for complex projects
• Resolves non‑routine discrepancies
• Reviews OSS I and II work for accuracy
• Maintains records and documentation
• Manages contract review and stewardship
• Resolution of complex document control and closeout issues
• Mentors OSS I and II
• Supports SOP development
• Serves as the primary subject matter expert within the assigned specialty area, providing advanced
  troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical guidance, and recommendations for process improvement

• Ability to read and interpret general business documents such as contracts, job data entryand ERP input instructions
