Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations analysis.
• Proficient with ERP software (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

• Demonstrated commitment to handling confidential financial data responsibly.
• Strong organization and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Database Management: Enter, update, and maintain operational/financial data in spreadsheets, databases, and core software.
• Process daily field logs, transactions, and records to support business activities.
• Organize and archive electronic records for easy retrieval and audits.
• Review source documentation to verify accuracy and proper authorization.
• Identify and correct data input errors before processing.
• Cross-reference system entries against supporting reports or purchase docs.
