Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to accurately collect, input, and maintain data across our ERP and related systems to support customer and vendor management. The role emphasizes data integrity, attention to detail, and effective communication with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will handle data collection, entry, and management tasks, perform data audits, and generate insights to aid decision-making, while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from diverse sources including multiple informational systems, internal departments, external partners, and customers.
• Input data into the ERP system in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors.
• Maintain and update data within the ERP system to reflect changes in business operations.
• Maintain external connections to customer portal software.
• Conduct routine data cleaning and de-duplication activities.
• Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Analyze data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related problems.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
