Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Global Shop, or similar software.
• Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis; familiarity with relational databases; MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Ensure data integrity with regular audits and assist data migration/integration.
• Develop training materials and conduct onboarding for new users.
• Update system BOMs and inventory with production teams to maintain accuracy.
