Job summary

Inotiv, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to accurately collect, input, and maintain data within our ERP and related systems for customer and vendor management.

The role requires strong attention to detail, data-entry proficiency, and solid data management knowledge. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to gather required information, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity across systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Input data into the ERP system in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors.
• Gather data from diverse sources including multiple informational systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with data providers.
• Maintain and update data within the ERP system to reflect changes in business operations.
• Maintain external connections to customer portal software.
• Conduct routine data cleaning and de-duplication activities.
• Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Analyze data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related problems
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
