Job summary

Mazzella seeks a Technical Support Specialist to drive data integrity in NetSuite, owning Item Master, BOMs, routings, and costing while leading cross-functional projects. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure system data aligns with operational needs and drive improvements in efficiency and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required; related education or experience may offset the degree requirement.
Three to five years in customer service, professional account management, and/or industrial sales with a proven record.

Responsibilities

Lead operational and process improvement initiatives to support manufacturing efficiency and data integrity.
Own and maintain Item Master, BOMs, routings, and costing in NetSuite ERP.
Plan, lead, and execute projects from initiation through completion with scope, schedule, and budget management.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to align data with operations.
Identify and correct system-related issues impacting production, inventory, or order fulfillment.
