Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills including joins and aggregation.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in SSRS, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and explain results to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to question results that don’t look right.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL queries across ERP and related systems.
• Build and support reports and dashboards for production, engineering, purchasing, and finance.
• Partner with business users to understand requests and deliver actionable outputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes and corrections.
• Document data sources, definitions, and report logic for maintainability.
• Support ongoing data quality and reporting process improvements.
