Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Data Analyst to maintain master data in D365 F&O and support ad-hoc reporting needs across the organization. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and SQL skills, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization. This is a full-time onsite position based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a data support role preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data in D365 to support operations.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests using SQL and reporting tools.
• Extract, analyze, and validate data from ERP systems for reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across system records.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams.
