Job summary

ProMach in Kentucky is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data from ERP, CRM, and operations into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards, define KPIs, and support finance, operations, and supply chain decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of data analytics, BI, or related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other systems to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business users and leadership.
• Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to process large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations with clear visualizations.
• Support data migration, integration, and data quality initiatives.
• Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies for transparency.
• Stay current with best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
