Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field; typically, 2+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate standard issues.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or related area.
• Working knowledge of data and reporting tools and established practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data/reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI, SQL, Excel.
• Retrieve, validate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support automation of recurring reporting tasks and data quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, IT, and data teams to deliver reliable information.
• Document data relationships and establish standardized reporting processes.
