Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee daily operations of ERP and corporate applications, ensuring stability, security, and performance for end users.

You will guide application maintenance, incident resolution, and team performance, while partnering with executives on roadmaps, upgrades, and integrations with strict change control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree equivalent + 5 years related experience in Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 5 years experience supporting, administering, or improving business-facing applications within a complex organization, preferably in a healthcare or mission-driven environment.
• 2+ years experience managing or leading teams responsible for application operations and support.
• Strong understanding of server environments, application hosting, and integration with operational processes.
• Deep knowledge of corporate applications, security compliance, and experience with IT service management tools.
• Ability to manage full application lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and decommissioning.
