Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participates in the full development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system operations. **Job Duties*** Configure ERP systems or corporate applications based on business requirements to support technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes.* Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Assist in disaster recovery planning and upgrade support.* Analyze data and create reports to support operational and strategic decisions.* Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.* Develops, plans and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.* Collaborate with functional teams and provide technical guidance on processes. **Minimum Qualifications*** in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or fields related to the system functions supported* and 7 years preferred work experience.* 4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or* 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) , Corporate Applications and Healthcare.* ERP or Corporate Applications configuration and reporting.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Process knowledge of assigned area(s) and applications.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Effective communication and teamwork. **Physical Demands** Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, \*patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
