Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Configuration Specialist II to design, implement, and maintain ERP configuration solutions at our Tacoma Operations Support Center. You will create BOMs, configure rules, and support manufacturing, quoting, and order entry processes with engineering, IT, and location teams.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and contribute to continuous improvement while following change management standards. Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Infor CPQ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with programming language(s) and software development processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems and BOM practices.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of window and door products preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Infor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Experience with Production Scheduling or Manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP configuration solutions supporting manufacturing and quoting processes.
• Create and maintain BOMs, product configuration rules, pricing structures, and routings.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable system configurations.
• Troubleshoot configuration, BOM, order entry, interface, and system performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and location teams to implement solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to validate changes.
• Document configuration logic and technical designs; provide end-user support.
• Support system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
