Job summary

MITER Brands in North Venice, FL is seeking a Configuration Specialist IV to own complex configuration, product knowledge, pricing, and ERP/CPQ integrations. You will manage OneLink mappings, PK catalogs, and external quoting systems while guiding junior team members and coordinating with engineering and IT.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with advanced knowledge of VB.NET, OneLink, and EDI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Configuration Specialist position or equivalent configuration, product knowledge, quoting tool, ERP/CPQ, or manufacturing systems role.
• Advanced knowledge of PGT and MI Brands, OneLink where applicable, product knowledge structures, pricing configuration, and external quoting system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own complex configuration, product knowledge, pricing, quoting, EDI, and integration work across MITER.Products and external systems.
• Create and maintain new product lines and pricing structures across Miter Brands; manage PK catalog publishing to external systems.
• Provide guidance to Configuration Technicians and lower-level Configuration Specialists, support tool upgrades and installations, and troubleshoot complex configuration issues.
