Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a detail-oriented BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data. You will bridge engineering, purchasing and manufacturing, ensure data integrity, and drive ECOs to optimize manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BOM management or related supply chain roles, strong ERP/MRP experience (Epicor 2024.2 a plus) and PLM software, plus the ability to read drawings and analyze data for new BOM configurations.

Qualifications

5+ years in BOM management, engineering documentation, or supply chain.
Proficient with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor 2024.2 is a strong plus; PLM software experience.
Ability to read engineering drawings and analyze data for BOM configurations.
Excellent accuracy and communication to coordinate changes across teams.

Responsibilities

BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain BOMs for products.
Part Creation & System Maintenance: Load and manage components in ERP/PLM.
Engineering Change Management: Implement ECOs and revisions.
Data Integrity: Oversee BOM data in ERP systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
Cost & Inventory Control: Support cost calculations and E&O inventory processes.
